Debbie Schuerman - 314-983-0788 ext. 25dschuerman@mirowitzrealestate.com Property Manager, Sales and Leasing Agent A native of St. Louis, Debbie has been in real estate since 1999 representing buyers and sellers in St. Louis City, and the counties of St. Louis and St. Charles. After 5 years as an independant sales agent with Coldwell Banker Gundaker, Debbie joined Mirowitz Real Estate Investments in July 2004 as our Sales and Leasing agent. In 2008 Debbie assumed the additional responsibilities of property management for both our residential and commercial divisions.
Jil Warmann 314-983-0788 ext. 30jwarmann@mirowitzrealestate.com Accounting Specialist With over 20 years of accounting experience in manufacturing, sales broker and non-profit agencies in the St. Louis area, Jil joined Mirowitz Real Estate Investements, in October of 2005. In 2008 Jil assumed all accounting funtions including Accounts Receivable & Collections for our residential and commercial properties.
Because of our size and individual roles, we are able to give you the personal service that you won't find from a "rental agency". We manage only properties in which we have a financial interest, which many tenants find reassuring.
